We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kodak Photo Printer experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all hardware and unopened accessories. If your device is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for replacements or full refunds.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the printer in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and any unused cartridge starter kits.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
